If there is one thing that I have learned, it's that if Terry Bolryder releases a box set - ONE CLICK that puppy. Whether she is writing about lions or tigers or bears or dragons (my favorites), Terry always provides great stories with strong, overly protective shifters that will do anything for their mates. Even though I do not particularly care for bears, each of these stories is entertaining and well written. I especially liked Limes story (Bear-ly a Hero) - I have a soft spot for grumpy characters finally meeting their mate. I highly recommend this set and all Terry Bolryder books.Product details

If you enjoy the other books by this author you will enjoy this box set. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the constant sex scenes, but that's just me. And the sex scenes are carbon copies of each other. But they're written well so I can't complain too much
I have read more than just this series by Terry Bolryder and have liked all of them in varying degrees. That being said, this series kept me reading when I should have been doing other things. The characters quickly became friends of mine and I cheered for them even though I had a pretty good idea of what was coming. Despite the formula it was still very enjoyable.
This is a terrific set of books . The bear shifter heroes are hot, sexy , strong and protective of their mates. The mates are curvy and everything to their mates. The bears run a security and bodyguard company and they meet their mates when they come there looking for protection from various threats. Enough romance to keep reading for the red hot chemistry between mates and enough mystery to keep you guessing until the end. Highly recommended.
I love each of these titles and what they bring to the series as a whole. Each story is unique in how it is developed and you can't help but fall in love with the characters as you are introduced. The stories aren't short and sweet and instead are well developed so you get a good feel for them while you are reading and end with their own HEA's. Another great set of books by Terry based in her shifter world.
This series was hot and I loved it. What in the world would people do if we had shifters in the real world protecting us and looking for mates. I love this series and others by this author because she writes back BBW (Big Beautiful Women) finding love in all the right places. Come check this series out. You will not regret it.
The members of Bear Claw Security are bear shifters, who served together in an all shifter Special Ops team. The exception is Bronson's brother, who joins the team after they reconnect. Each man has scars and/or insecurities they are struggling with. The women are fighters in their own ways, and are also dealing with their own struggles. With each book, we see the main couple work through each partner's issues together so they can have a future.
Bearly Human (Book 4) has a few connections to other series. The Soldier Bear Series follows the members of one of Hercules and Hera's old Special Ops teams. The Bearstone Park Series, can potentially provide more information on Herc's family history. I haven't read it yet, so I'm not sure. Bolryder's reading order suggests reading Bearstone first. In the epilogue of Book 5, Hercules receives a visit from the main character of Book 1 of the Lions of Pride Island Series.
This is an entertaining series and I'm interested in reading more of TB bear shifters.
This was an interesting series with great characters. Too bad the author doesn't have a good editor and proofreader to bring her stories up to a 5 Star rating. There were numerous proofing errors throughout all of the stories and some of the plots weren't thoroughly thought out. In one of the stories the main character doesn't have a real name, just a nickname he got when he was in the military. So how can he fly on a commercial airline without proper I.D.? Even military I.D. has to have a name on it and I don't think 'Hercules' which is his nickname is going to work and yet he got through security and flew first class. Also the head of the security agency where everyone works is aware they have a security issue in their garage and tells everyone to stick together when exiting the offices, and yet he rushes out there and gets kidnapped. (What?) She often has incomplete sentences and wrong words used. In one story she kept calling a pergola a 'pagoda', I think she got it right 1 time out of 4. At least her plots are interesting, if not totally believable and hold your attention. It is a fun read and if you don't mind all the proofing, grammatical and technical errors you might enjoy this series. Janice M
